Multi-Keyword CSV Format
Correct Format (Recommended)
One row per category with multiple keywords in the first column:
keywords,category_id,service_id,source
sap|erp|business system,4,5,manual
software|program|application,5,6,manual
network|connectivity|wifi,6,7,manual
Result: Creates 3 rows in keywords table, each keyword linked to its category

Column Structure
Keywords (required)
Multiple keywords separated by pipe, comma, or semicolon
Category ID (required)
The category ID from your categories list
Service ID (optional)
The service ID from your services list
Source (optional)
Origin of keywords (e.g., 'manual', 'api', 'import')
Multiple Keywords per Row
New format - comma/pipe/semicolon separated keywords in one cell:
keywords,category_id,service_id,source
sap, erp, business system,4,5,manual
software, program, app,5,6,manual
network|connectivity|wifi,6,7,manual
Each keyword will be imported as a separate entry linked to the same category. Use pipe (|) or semicolon (;) if your keywords contain commas.
